Enrolment

Raywood Primary School is happy to enrol students at any point throughout the year. We are open for 2024 Prep/Foundation enrolments. If you are interested in enrolling at Raywood Primary School, please request an enrolment form from  Lisa or Bree in the office. We are also happy to arrange a tour, provide  an information pack or to begin the enrolment process.

In the year before students are due to commence Prep/Foundation, we offer a Transition Program which sees our future students visit our school and participate in classes across Term 4. This experience provides our newest students with the opportunity to become familiar with school routine, get to know the students and staff and to begin their journey as a Raywood Kid!

It also provides the staff with the opportunity to get to know each of our new students and their families and to find out how we can be meet the individual learning needs of each child.

Our school zone

Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au which hosts the most up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria.

Students residing within our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address.

Our school manages enrolments using the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and may enrol at another school, if there are available places.

Foundation (Prep) enrolments

The Department of Education (DE) has a statewide Foundation (Prep) enrolment timeline.
