The physical and mental health of our students is paramount. We know that students thrive when they are in an environment that is nurturing, inclusive and caters for individual differences. It is at the heart of every decision we make and everything we do. Our students participate in a social skills and wellbeing program endorsed by the Department of Education – Respectful Relationships which teaches them about their emotions, how to regulate them, their personal strengths and how to take care and protect themselves from harm. Being such a small school, our students know each staff member very well and there is a strong sense of trust between students, staff and parents. Each of our students know that the staff care about them as a person as well as about their education.
